Mrinal Bhasker is a principal of Audacious Inquiry and leads the company's software development team.  He serves as technical architect of CRISP, Maryland’s statewide health information exchange and provides advisory services to the Florida Health Information Network and NCHICA.  In addition, Mrinal is advising a number of hospital technology leadership teams on interoperability or health information exchange initiatives.

Mrinal brings deep subject matter expertise in electronic health records, health information exchange, and health systems interoperability.  Prior to joining Audacious Inquiry in 2008, Mrinal spent over twelve years delivering solutions for the healthcare, web applications, e-commerce, enterprise integration, and B2B integration verticals.  He has worked as a Senior Solutions Architect with EMC and was a founding member and Director of HealthUnity, a health information exchange technology company. Prior to that, Mrinal held positions at Microsoft in product teams for Microsoft BizTalk Server and Microsoft Commerce Server products.

Mrinal lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife and daughter and enjoys playing ping pong and skiing in his spare time.
